Operations & Products Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Products Executive to support the end-to-end coordination of travel operations, working closely with internal teams and overseas partners.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Strong coordination, organisational, and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work execution
• Resourceful problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
• Prior experience in travel operations or the tourism industry is an advantage
