Job Description
Operations Executives to support end-to-end coordination between overseas factories and international clients, ensuring production schedules, delivery timelines, and client communications are managed accurately and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or production coordination
- Experience managing multiple orders, deliveries, or production timelines in a structured environment
- Strong written communication skills, especially in professional email correspondence with international clients
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different time zones and cultures
- Proficient in basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, documentation systems)
