Operations Executive (Defence & Manufacturing Industry)

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support end-to-end coordination between overseas factories and international clients, ensuring production schedules, delivery timelines, and client communications are managed accurately and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or production coordination
• Experience managing multiple orders, deliveries, or production timelines in a structured environment
• Strong written communication skills, especially in professional email correspondence with international clients
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different time zones and cultures
• Proficient in basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, documentation systems)
