Job Description
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will work under the supervision of Chefs, executing cooking tasks, maintaining knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques, and complying with regulations/standards.
Requirements
- Reading food slips
- Preparing and cooking food/dishes according to recipes, instruction and direction
- Maintaining knowledge of food products, sanitation standards and all proper culinary techniques
- Complying with hotel, city, count, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards
- Working as a team and assisting other departments wherever necessary
