This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York City office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. The Points Guy’s Digital Sales Manager Role will be responsible for generating partnerships with clients and agencies to achieve The Points Guy’s digital sales targets and objectives. The person in this role is responsible for helping to implement TPG’s sales strategy to align all parties to build our business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client/agency sales with a proven track record of success.
- Established relationships with top media agencies.
- High level of customer service, professionalism and a natural understanding of managing client and agency relationships effectively.
- Sound knowledge of the latest trends in the digital advertising industry and associated products & processes.
- Solid understanding of the sales environment, including targets and success measures and an appreciation of the pressures and drivers associated with working in sales.
- Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools preferred.
- Experience selling or partnering with ad tech and programmatic solutions (e.g., PMPs, audience targeting, data platforms, or programmatic direct) is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of TPG’s brand, content, products & platforms and the opportunities that exist for Client Solutions
- Excellent organization skills with real attention to detail
- Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple pitches, tasks and projects simultaneously
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed
