Job Description
Redpanda is hiring a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join its People Experience team. The role involves designing and implementing a best-in-class workplace experience for the company's remote and in-person teams. The coordinator will be responsible for managing office operations, events, and visitor experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in workplace operations, people experience, office management, or a related people-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization including senior leadership
- Experience building programs and initiatives from ideation through to implementation
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort with workplace tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence, or similar ITSM/ticketing systems)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks related to event setup and office operations
- Ability to travel to other office locations approximately once per quarter, domestically and internationally
