Reflections is hiring a Compensation Manager to own and evolve our compensation and benefits programs. This role will ensure our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of compensation experience in high-growth technology companies
- Deep expertise in benchmarking, pay governance, and merit cycles
- Experience overseeing benefits programs
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with compensation data
- Familiarity with equity compensation structures (a plus)
- AI industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of US compensation practices; UK exposure is a plus
