Scale is looking for a Compensation Manager to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you'll help build and evolve our global compensation programs by providing analysis, insights, and modeling.
Requirements
- Perform quantitative analyses to assist Leadership with key projects
- Conduct market benchmarking to determine pay targets and support business growth
- Contribute to the research, design, and delivery of compensation programs
- Support international expansion and M&A initiatives
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team on offer escalations and process optimization
- Develop and maintain tools to enhance efficiency of programs
- Build and integrate AI into Comp workflows
- Drive clarity, transparency, and understanding of compensation at Scale
