Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide leadership for the engineering and maintenance functions and ensure proper preventive maintenance of physical plant and all operating equipment. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree, 4 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, and strong leadership capabilities. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $90k - $110k.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent
- Previous experience in the food/beverage manufacturing industry
