Job Description
Senior Business Development Manager (Sports) role at refurbed, a remote-first company. Develop high-impact partnerships with brands and professional sellers, shaping the assortment strategy and driving category growth. 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, ideally within marketplace, retail, or e-commerce environments, working with brands in the Sports, Fitness, or Outdoor equipment space required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g. German, Italian) are a strong plus
- Proven track record of closing complex, enterprise-level deals
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-level and senior decision-makers
- High resilience and persistence, maintaining momentum despite setbacks
- Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex commercial and operational setups
