Job Description
DELEVAN is an electronics manufacturer seeking a Human Resources Generalist II to provide HR support and advice to management and employees. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the plant by offering guidance on performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Partners with management to advise and counsel on personnel issues
- Provides facility supervision on employee relations matters
- Ensures regulatory compliance with ADA, FMLA, EEOC, etc.
- Respond to general employee inquiries and issues
- Partner with associates and managers to administer various policies and procedures
- Maintains HRIS integrity
- Partner with managers to actively improve associate engagement
- Perform other duties as assigned
