Plant HR Generalist II

This role is an on-site HR Generalist II position at the Union Grove, Wisconsin location, supporting production operations client groups and executing local and Corporate HR practices and initiatives. The successful incumbent will be energized in a hands-on role with a variety of tasks, a customer-centric mindset, and high productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a concentration in HR is preferred.
• 2 or more years of Generalist Human Resources experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial environment is required.
• Experience with Workday HRIS, Dayforce payroll including time and attendance, is strongly preferred.
