Case Manager–  CPP/SDC

The Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management services to consumers and their families. The Case Manager will be responsible for ensuring the entire case management process is completed, including assessment, evaluation, planning, and monitoring. The Case Manager will also advocate on behalf of consumers to protect their rights and ensure they receive the services and benefits they are entitled to.

Requirements

• BA Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related human services field and 1 year similar experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing
• Automobile and valid driver's license required
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity and an ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations
