The Regional Center of the East Bay is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training to support employee effectiveness and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in training and development. The role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, data analysis, and excellent organizational skills. Requirements
- Designs, develops, and delivers training to support employee effectiveness and organizational priorities
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to translate complex processes into clear, practical learning materials
- Manages multiple projects and timelines while adapting to changing priorities
- Uses data to inform training decisions and assess learning needs
- Facilitates trainings for RCEB staff in group and virtual settings
- Develops visually appealing and person-centered training materials using modern learning tools and software
- Utilizes the agency's Learning Management System (LMS) to publish, manage, track, and report on training content
- Conducts training needs assessments and collaborates with RCEB staff to identify best practices for learning and understanding course material
- Supports onboarding, cross-training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote workforce flexibility and operational continuity
