Job Description
REI Systems is seeking a high-velocity Capture Manager / Director to lead short-cycle capture efforts supporting Army AOS technology challenges, as well as other non-traditional acquisition captures within the Department of Defense (DoD).
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within the DoD
- Experience with compressed acquisition timelines (30–60 days or less)
- Knowledge of OTAs, CSOs, and alternative acquisition pathways
- Army or DoD innovation organization experience
- U.S. citizenship required; clearance preferred
