Requirements

• 6 months and more of experience in management or supervision in a retail or customer-oriented environment
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team towards achieving objectives
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer orientation, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a constantly evolving environment
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash handling, merchandising, and inventory management
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends
• Master of technology tools: POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Suite
• Flexibility: available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a ladder that can reach a maximum height of 3 m (10 feet)
• Secondary diploma required
