Requirements
- 6 months and more of experience in management or supervision in a retail or customer-oriented environment
- Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team towards achieving objectives
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer orientation, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a constantly evolving environment
- Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash handling, merchandising, and inventory management
- Passion for fashion: good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends
- Master of technology tools: POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Suite
- Flexibility: available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a ladder that can reach a maximum height of 3 m (10 feet)
- Secondary diploma required
