As a Solutions Account Manager for Research Intelligence at Elsevier, you will work with academic institutions to transform research workflows through AI-powered solutions. This role combines strategic account leadership with consultative selling, enabling customers to accelerate discovery, improve decision-making, and advance their research missions.
Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of AI-powered research intelligence platforms, data licensing, and solutions products. Champion AI-enabled research discovery, analytics, and insight tools that help customers work faster and more effectively.
Proven experience managing complex accounts and achieving revenue targets in a consultative sales environment. Ability to engage credibly with senior academic, research, or institutional stakeholders. Strong understanding of data, analytics, or technology-enabled solutions, with curiosity about AI in research.
