Job Description
RemoFirst is seeking a Talent Sourcer to help scale our talent pipelines for global roles. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on sourcing experience in tech startups or scale-ups, with proficiency in sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on sourcing experience in tech startups or scale-ups
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS like Lever/Greenhouse, Hunter.io) and Boolean search techniques
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); Additional languages huge plus
- Experience tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing outreach in cross-time-zone environments
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and comfort in a dynamic startup with ambiguity
- Familiarity with global compliance (e.g., GDPR) and remote-first cultures; scale-up experience preferred
