We are looking for a Heavy Machinery Mechanic with experience to join our team, responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy machinery, both in the field and in the workshop.
Requirements
- Perform thorough inspections of heavy machinery to identify potential problems.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to evaluate and locate mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical problems.
- Repair major components of the equipment, including motors, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other critical parts.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake service, fluid checks, filter replacement, and lubrication, to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Travel to job sites as needed to provide on-site diagnosis and repairs.
- Collaborate with other mechanics or supervisors to resolve technical problems.
- Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations when working with heavy machinery, tools, and hazardous materials.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, parts used, and work performed in each service.
- Provide detailed reports to supervisors and clients on equipment condition, repairs made, and recommendations for future maintenance.
