Allocations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Allocations Coordinator to join a growing UK-based organisation. This role is central to ensuring a smooth and efficient housing allocation process, from initial referral through to move-in.

Requirements

• Manage the full allocation process from referral through to move-in across Temporary Accommodation (TA), Step Down (SD), and Supported Exempt Accommodation (SEA)
• Previous experience in housing, property management, allocations, or a similar administrative role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Experience working with databases or CRM systems (Airtable or similar preferred)
