We are seeking a highly organised and commercially astute M&A Transaction Coordinator to support a dynamic UK-based investment firm. The role involves coordinating detailed due diligence processes and driving deals towards successful, profitable outcomes.

Requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact for all post-LOI communications between buyers, sellers, brokers and relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate and oversee the full due diligence process
• Gather, review and assess financial, legal and operational documentation
• Track deal progression and ensure each transaction moves efficiently towards the appropriate conclusion
