Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in a 360 or business development recruitment role
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach at scale
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
- Driven, commercially-minded, and eager to hit and exceed sales targets
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing contracts and client documentation
