Marketing & Business Development Executive

Marketing & Business Development Executive to become the right hand to the Founder of a UK-based construction marketing agency, managing marketing, CRM, and client-facing responsibilities, with a focus on shaping client campaigns and managing proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing executive or similar role
• Strong experience with social media management and email marketing (Mailchimp preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Strong Canva skills
• Proven copywriting ability with clear understanding of tone-of-voice adaptation
• Comfortable and confident conducting video calls with UK-based clients
• Experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM systems)
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Positive, professional and engaging communication style
