Job Description
Senior Human Resources Manager position at Renewal by Andersen in Cranford, New Jersey. Responsible for serving as the senior HR leader for a workforce of more than 250 employees, providing strategic direction and hands-on execution across all Human Resources functions, and strengthening culture, building leadership capability, and ensuring compliance excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated experience serving as a strategic HR business partner
- Significant experience managing complex employee relations matters
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
