Job Description
RentSpree is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and deliver world-class customer and technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, particularly in phone support, and technical aptitude to assist with basic IT operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing support, with an emphasis on phone-based support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
- Experience triaging and troubleshooting issues with users and providing clear, concise solutions
- Familiar with PC and Mac operating systems and mobile devices
- Ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multitask, and work independently in a dynamic startup environment
