
Job description
Lead a global downstream filtration sales team, drive sales process, and meet or exceed sales and profitability targets. Collaborate with Bioprocess Sales Specialist, Regional Sales Director, and Global BSS Leaders to develop and execute a global management plan.
Conduct sales negotiations, establish and maintain strategic key account relationships, develop new target accounts, and provide accurate and timely sales reporting and forecasting.
Requires a strong understanding of filtration and chromatography knowledge, people leadership experience in biopharmaceutical or life science industries, and a proven successful sales track record.
