Sales Engineer

Replit is seeking a Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise to join their growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have solid coding ability and excel at communicating with non-technical audiences. The role involves pre- and post-sales support, hackathons, and traveling to prospective customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical sales role
• Strong coding skills at minimum entry-level/junior software engineer proficiency
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Understanding of common business use cases for prototyping, internal tooling, and workflow automation
