Job Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst provides analytical expertise for employee compensation and total rewards programs across the organization. They work with HR partners, business leaders, and team members to deliver key compensation initiatives and guide compensation decisions. The incumbent models, recommends, and executes strategies to maximize the organization's competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and team members
- Conduct market analysis and data analysis
- Prepare and present summaries and recommendations
- Provide guidance on salary changes, promotions, and demotions
- Lead or assist with projects that support compensation design
- Conduct job evaluations, FLSA tests, and benchmarks jobs against survey data
