The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst supports the design, implementation, and administration of sales compensation programs, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payouts, and continuous system improvement.
Requirements
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
- Progressive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Advanced knowledge of sales compensation principles, plan design and analysis.
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly and fulfill requests to specifications.
