Reputation is looking for a Sales Development Representative to hold an important position at the top of the sales funnel for the entire company. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value opportunities, acting as the first meaningful interaction prospects have with our brand.
Requirements
- 1+ years in a customer-facing or sales-related role (SaaS experience a plus, not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think commercially and prioritize effectively
- High level of curiosity and learning agility
- Comfort using (or willingness to learn) AI tools and modern sales technologies
- Structured, disciplined approach to work and time management
- Ownership mindset with a bias toward action
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM
