Resource Innovations is seeking a Vice President, Sales & Strategic Accounts to lead revenue growth across a focused portfolio of high-priority strategic accounts while driving select, high-impact new-logo pursuits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Leadership / Sales Management or Finance
- 15+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management focused on clients in the energy, utilities, and clean energy sectors.
- Must be willing and able to travel nationally up to 50%
- Proven track record of owning and growing large, complex strategic accounts over multiple years.
- Demonstrated success leading high-value new-logo pursuits and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience driving expansion growth and retention within existing enterprise customers.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and influence at the C-suite and senior leadership levels.
- Highly collaborative leader with experience working across sales, delivery, product, finance, and operations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate long-term vision into executable account and pursuit plans.
