Job Description
Restaurant.com is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of account management, customer success, or client services experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and standard productivity tools.
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
