Ikerian AG is a fast-growing medical device software company seeking a Business Developer to join their team focused on the Pharma Segment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, strategic planning, and positioning in the market.

Requirements

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development management consulting or customer-facing role
• Proven track record of consultative sales with Ophthalmology Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and/or Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)
• Tech savvy with experience in digital health or health IT
• Experience working with cross functional teams (sales, marketing, development)
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive presence and communication abilities
• Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
