Apartment Manager

The Apartment Manager oversees the daily operations of two affordable housing communities, ensuring resident satisfaction, compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and supportive community environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in property management, preferably in senior living, affordable housing, or multifamily housing environments
• Experience with HUD, and other affordable housing programs preferred
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and property operations
