Paint/Body Worker I

American Emergency Vehicles (AEV) is a custom ambulance manufacturer seeking a Paint/Body Worker I to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in automotive paint prep and body repair, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to run dual action sanders, grinders, and miscellaneous hand tools.

Requirements

• Prep, sand, and buff painted vehicles
• Tape and mask off nonpainted surfaces or parts around areas to be painted
• Seal body seams with epoxy seam sealer and smooth properly for final paint
• Grind, and fill with properly mixed body filler and sand to finish, all welds, dents, and gouges in exterior panels.
