Revizto is looking for a strategic and execution-driven Manager GTM Strategy & Operations to own revenue truth across pipeline, bookings, ARR, renewals, and GTM efficiency, with significant reconciliation and judgment. The role will act as a senior thought partner and mentor to an existing GTM Strategy & Finance Manager, helping set standards, improve models, and guide executive-level narratives.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor
- 8-12+ years proven experience in GTM Finance, Strategic Finance, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Strategy
- Deep experience in B2B SaaS revenue models with non-trivial ARR complexity
- Hands-on ownership of ARR waterfalls, renewals, churn, and revenue reconciliation
- Prior exposure to board and executive-level reporting
- Exceptional Excel / Google Sheets skills. Able to build, audit, and maintain complex models
- Strong command of SaaS metrics and GTM economics
- Experience with Salesforce and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
- Ability to translate complexity into clear, decision-oriented insights
- Senior presence; confident partnering with CRO, CFO, and executive leadership
