High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years of experience in a similar role

High school diploma and two to six months relevant experience is preferred. Prior experience in a legal setting and customer service is preferred

High school diploma or equivalency, one year of experience as a Patient Advocate, ability to learn multiple databases and EMRs

3+ years of experience in software development, AWS experience, and proficiency in Git and GitHub workflows

JD degree from accredited law school, active license to practice law in Indiana, Kentucky, or Illinois, and proven experience in collection or civil law litigation

Must be organized, detail oriented, and flexible; ability to perform repeated tasks with high accuracy; working knowledge of CBS policies and procedures
