Requirements
- 4+ years of proven success in outside sales
- Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Familiarity with MS Office/Outlook
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
