As Department Head Fresh Counter, you will lead your team, ensure excellent product presentation and freshness, and implement sales-promoting measures. Your appreciative nature and expertise will take responsibility for your team and the quality of goods.

Requirements

• Completed training in the food retail trade
• In-depth knowledge of products and high awareness of freshness and quality
• Solution- and result-oriented way of working and commitment to tasks
• Team spirit, strong customer orientation, and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a flexible shift system
