Job Description
Join ZooRoyal Petcare as a Loyalty & CRM Manager to shape the further development of our loyalty program, ZooRoyal Club, and drive customer retention and personalization. Collaborate with teams to implement new loyalty features, optimize existing ones, and design personalized CRM and loyalty journeys. Experience working with CRM and/or loyalty campaign management tools, especially in a Salesforce environment, and a clear understanding of loyalty concepts are required. This is a full-time, open-ended position in Cologne, Germany.
