Requirements

• Completed university studies in the green industry or an apprenticeship at a trade school with a focus on horticulture or floristry
• First experience in retail or other customer-oriented industries
• Good knowledge of plants
• Mobility and willingness to perform training at different locations

• Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and confident demeanor
