We are looking for a Trainee - Leadership Trainee for Garden Center Manager to develop to the leadership level of the garden center in 15 months. The program includes three phases of training and mentorship. You will learn logistics, sales, and business topics, and take over responsibility for your first team in one of our garden centers.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in the green sector or a graduation from a vocational school with a focus on horticulture or floristry
• First experience in retail or other customer-oriented industries
• Good plant knowledge
• Mobility and willingness to complete the trainee program at different locations
• Desire for leadership, motivation of employees, and entrepreneurial success
• Good communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and a confident appearance in dealing with customers and colleagues
