We are looking for a Utility Data Coordinator to facilitate data collection and management activities for ESG initiatives aligned with Rexford's long-term ESG goals. The successful person will have previous experience working with utility data at a real estate organization and apply their strong organizational skills and background in data collection and management to ensure Rexford's sustainability performance reporting is accurate, efficient, and timely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education, preferably in a real estate organization and/or energy/sustainability-related role
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, sustainability management software, and Energy Star Portfolio Manager
- Familiarity with energy benchmarking and performance requirements as well as utility portals for collecting aggregated data
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple stakeholders, numerous databases and datasets, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy and integrity
