Job Description
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net new ARR, expansion revenue, and on-premise to SaaS cloud conversions across a defined enterprise territory in Germany. The ideal candidate brings deep experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, strong executive presence, and the ability to thrive amid organisational and market change.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in an enterprise environment
- Proven track record of closing €500K–€5M+ ARR deals with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Demonstrated ability to sell subscription-based, cloud SaaS solutions with solid technical understanding of enterprise software, cloud models, and integration-driven platforms
