Requirements
- Experience in this or a similar role within the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
- Knowledgeable in gamification principles and skilled in applying them to boost user engagement
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective collaborator and supportive team player
- Works effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field
