The role will involve collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external platform providers to design and implement CRM initiatives and strategies that foster business growth, product innovation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in this or a similar role within the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
- Knowledgeable in gamification principles and skilled in applying them to boost user engagement
