Job Description
Rhino Entertainment is looking for a CRM & Games Analyst to analyze customer data, campaign outcomes, and automate lifecycle processes to enhance engagement at each stage of the customer journey. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external platform providers to design and implement CRM initiatives and strategies that foster business growth, product innovation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in CRM & Games Analyst role within the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
- Knowledgeable in gamification principles and skilled in applying them to boost user engagement
