Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our Esperanza Homes division in Mission, TX. As an entry-level position, this role offers training and learning opportunities in the homebuilding industry. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for managing the homebuilding process, including project planning, resource allocation, and quality control, while meeting financial, safety, and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements

- Associates or technical degree in construction or related field (preferred)
