Inside Sales

We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative in our Charlotte, NC location to provide expert guidance and support to contractors and industry professionals. You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, handle customer interactions, and collaborate with Outside Sales reps to drive sales and resolve customer needs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, retail, or distribution
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM experience a plus!)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Industry knowledge is a plus—but we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
• Spanish-speaking skills are a strong advantage but not required
