
Job description
The Oracle HCM Payroll Manager (Functional SME) is responsible for ensuring customer Oracle EBS HR/Payroll systems are compliant with tax and regulatory legal requirements. This role requires in-depth product expertise and knowledge of tax and regulatory changes to produce system impact specifications and test strategies.
Conduct functional analysis of legislative changes, design business requirements, and develop functional specifications, test plans, and installation and delivery documents. Run and troubleshoot payrolls, and support delivered solutions as required.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple payroll tasks concurrently. Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll, HR/Payroll Subject Matter Expertise, and knowledge of Vertex and ADP software are highly desirable.
